Shipping Options
During checkout, you have the option to select various services* from UPS and, in some cases, Canada Post. The rates quoted are actual rates from the couriers. We do not inflate our shipping prices to make extra money. With our same-day shipping goal (see below), most packages shipped via ground service within Canada are delivered within 5-6 business days. You can see a ground time-in-transit map for UPS (enter your postal code as the origin).

- UPS will only deliver to physical addresses. They cannot deliver to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
Signature Required
We ship all orders totalling over $500 CAD with a signature required. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the delivery. You will receive tracking info after your order has been processed for shipping. You can also sign up for UPS My Choice and take control over your deliveries. You can elect to waive your signature for all future orders from our company.
International Shipments
Ionic Renewal has shipped products to various countries around the world without any issues. Depending on your location, certain shipping services may not be available. Shipping charges calculated by the website will not include brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or customs fees. You are responsible for paying those fees when your package arrives. In certain circumstances, we allow international customers to request their own courier services. Please contact us at for more information. You may also check our list of international distributors to purchase locally. International orders will ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification that includes tracking information. Please add ionicrenewal.com to your “safe” list to ensure the email does not get delivered to your spam/junk folder.
Free Ground Shipping Offer
Ionic Renewal offers free ground shipping via UPS for orders with a before-tax total of over $200 CAD. Exclusions to this offer include shipments to remote areas, international shipments, and orders not placed through our website.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Ionic Renewal cannot ship to multiple addresses. Orders that qualify for quantity discounts need to be billed and shipped to a single address.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for any orders that are shipped within Canada.
Footbath Rapid Cleanse ® and RIFE Rapid Cleanse® Packages
Ionic Renewal accepts returns of the Footbath Rapid Cleanse ® and RIFE Rapid Cleanse® Packages up to 60 days after the order delivery date for a full refund, less any shipping fees (international customers, see below for a discussion on currency exchange rate changes). At Ionic Renewal’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. This offer is limited to customers who have not previously returned their system for a refund.
CDs and DVDs
Ionic Renewal accepts returns of unopened CDs and DVDs up to 30 days after the order delivery date for a full refund. Damaged products may be exchanged for new products within 30 days. Opened products are non-refundable.
Other Products and Discontinued Items
Ionic Renewal accepts returns of all other products up to 30 days after the order delivery date, except for products listed as “discontinued.” Products must be returned unopened, unused, and undamaged for a full refund. At Ionic Renewal’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Opened or used products are non-refundable. All sales are final on discontinued items unless otherwise noted.
Books
All sales of books are final. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable. Fees incurred for returning undeliverable packages to Ionic Renewal will be deducted from any refunds due.
Rejection
Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective products must be reported to Ionic Renewal within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
Changes in Currency Exchange Rates
